- Please inspect the RMA cables for human errors before submitting as mishandled cables will not be replaced and will be shipped back collect.
- Non-defective items shall be shipped back collect.
- Lin Haw will not be able to accept returns on the following used/open box items:
* Batteries or related products
* Bulk cables
* CD/ DVD media related
* Cleaning supplies
* Flash disk & memory cards
* In ear products
* Printer cartridges
* Retail sealed items
* Tools & kits
- The following items are not returnable at all time: (unless deemed defective)
* Blackberry OEM products
* Clearance / Discontinued items
* Fiber optic products
* Items not in re-sellable condition
* Open box items
* Special ordered items
For Returns For Credit:
No returns
on items purchased 14 or more days from Date of Purchase. A copy of
invoice must be presented. RMA request will only be processed upon
receiving a copy of invoice.
Items return
for credit will be charged with $3 processing fee and opened box items are
subject to additional of minimum 15% re-stocking fee upon inspection of the
original packaging condition. Damaged item (i.e. scratches, marks,
un-sellable packaging) may not be accepted.
For Repair / Replacement due to defective item:
Once the RMA item is confirmed defective and under warranty, the RMA item will be repaired or replaced.

All BlueAnt Bluetooth products carries a 2 year end user warranty from the date of customer purchase.
From days 1 - 730, the end user must call the Blue Ant technical support line (1 866 891 3032) and deal directly with BlueAnt.
BlueAnt will diagnose all issues and resolve all consumer warranty issues that arise directly.
